Terracore-BKM Industrial Partners is an institutional real estate investment manager focused on the acquisition and operation of light industrial and multi-use logistics properties in the Western United States. The firm was established in 2020 as a partnership between Terracore Capital and BKM Capital Partners.

Mr. Malliet has more than 35 years of commercial real estate and investment experience with expertise in small and mid-bay light industrial, having acquired over 120 light industrial and multi-use logistics assets in the Western U.S. valued at approximately $3.2 billion. Brian has facilitated more than 150 million square feet of real estate transactions over his career.

Mr. Schneider has more than 25 years of experience, investing in public and private markets through a variety of assets and strategies, including debt, equity, distressed assets and real estate.
